With 20+ years of experience, Chid is an architect and developer of software for enterprise and cloud networks. Before founding Aviz, he held software architecture and leadership roles at Amazon (AWS), Lenovo, IBM, and Blade Network Technologies. He holds patents in SDN, network observability, and enterprise switching/routing, and leads Aviz’s integration of Generative AI into enterprise networking.

Thomas Scheibe
Chief Product Officer, Aviz Networks
Thomas has 25+ years leading high-performance teams and business transformations. At Cisco he led DC product management (Nexus, ACI), launched Cisco’s first SONiC offer, built a DC software subscription business, and created the blueprint for enterprise DC AI network fabrics. At Intel, as VP/GM, he led the IPU/DPU and Ethernet NIC portfolio for AI and cloud infrastructure.

Madhu Paluru
Director of Engineering
Technology leader with 20+ years across Cloud, Data Networking, and Open Source. Drives a GenAI-powered Network 3.0 stack at Aviz and moderates in the SONiC community. Has trained 100+ engineers and helps global teams operationalize SONiC, with a track record in innovation and community building.
