Use of Aviz software and services (the "Aviz Technology") is governed by the Aviz End User License Agreement (EULA) or another written agreement executed between you and Aviz, and not by these Terms of Use.

If you access Aviz Technology, your rights are governed by the EULA or your signed commercial agreement. In case of conflict, the EULA or signed agreement prevails.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without consent.
